SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
We ship via USPS, UPS and FEDEX. Please be assured that your items will ship out within three business days (M-F) of purchase for in stock items. Packages are generally delivered within 3-5 business days after shipment barring any delivery delays due to uncontrollable circumstances such as carrier or 3rd party issues. This includes delays beyond our control including weather and current world events such as pandemic/supply chain issues. Please follow the tracking link sent immediately after your shipping label is created to track your shipment.
Return & Exchange Policy
All returns must be unworn and in 100% new and original condition. You have 30 days from date of delivery to return your item(s). Shipping charges are non-refundable on returned items. Returns will be processed with refund excluding shipping charges applied to the payment method on file for purchaser. If you would like to exchange your item, please email info@bestbestco.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA) label. Eligible exchanges will be issued an RA label and exchanged item(s) will be shipped upon receipt of original order.
